This is a living estate sale and the seller’s instruction was “to sell it.​ This estate sale has something in it for everyone, there is so much that we are going to conduct it on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon. It will be a smorgasbord for dealers - quality, desirable, saleable items will be available by the cabinet full. The sale will open on September 28th at 9 AM and close at 4:30 PM, then on September 29th at 1 PM and close at 4:30 PM. The address is 209 Magnolia Street, Edwards, Mississippi 39066. There will be something for everyone ranging from a hugh volume of yard/folk art to an oriental chest that is far in excess of 100 years old. A dealer will be able to find the right items at the right prices for their rental space – it will be a smorgasbord event; you do not want to miss this event – something for everyone. Items will be available by the cabinet full for one price, shelf full one price, choice of yard and folk art one price. OCTOBER ESTATE SALE October Estate Sale, Time, Date and Address to be posted as soon as possible Most of the furniture in this home is all of modern-day vintage in excellent condition and just waiting to be moved into a modern-day home. Furniture includes two china cabinets, headboards and foot boards, bench, small occasional tables, lamps and chest of drawers There is one antique bed in the home, and it too is in excellent condition and priced to sell. There is a large quantity of cut crystal, a large quantity of cobalt blue, depression glass, Iris and Herringbone and a large set of Dansk dinner ware all priced to sell. Many of the smalls are placed in Longaberger baskets to be sold as “basket lots.” These basket lots are of all shapes and range in size from very small with one or two collectibles in them to large picnic size loaded with very desirable items. A large mix of sterling and costume jewelry will be available for you to choose from. There is a large number of ladies plus size clothes, up to 6X, most unused and still in the original package. Many unique Christmas decorations ranging from very small in size to very large. The kitchen appliances are available and there is a large number of cookbooks, some very collectible, There is a large selection Pyrex, Corning Ware and Tupperware. available. Music lovers will find sheet music, cassettes, CDs, and movie watcher DVDs. Toy collectors there is a toy John Deer Tractor with trailer in excellent condition available and more vintage toys. Three sewing machines and a large quantity of fabric will be in the sale. The storage area has a load of tools in it.
